Booking entertainment for any street dance, town festival, company gathering and even a County Fair can be challenging at times. You not only have to know the type of people attending your event, but you also have to know the personalities of the performers you hire. From the moment we talked with Eli and heard his voice singing our favorite songs, we knew they would be the PERFECT choice for an evening at our fair. Working with AnnMarie on the business side went very well. From the moment they arrived till the last song was sung they were great to work with!! So if you are looking for both kinds of music...Country and Western with a few originals thrown in, look no further than Eli Alger and the Faster Horses Band. With the way our crowd reacted we know we will be working with them again.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
THE FASTER HORSES' highlights include opening for Chris Cagle, Randall King, Eric Paslay, Lorrie Morgan and recent Garth Brooks and Alan Jackson events. The FASTER HORSES have broken the attendance record at the last few festivals and county fairs they have performed at along their national tour. Additionally, their hit single “Rednexico” just surpassed 500k streams cumulatively across platforms, our entire catalog was recently placed on all AMI JukeBoxes Nationwide. At their latest venued concert at the fabled Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, IA, in June of 2023, the band received a massive standing ovation for their performance.
THE FASTER HORSES are currently slated to be opening support for Josh Turner, Lady A, Trace Adkins and more this upcoming summer 2024.
As a solo artist, some of Eli's proudest moments thus far are when he performed the Star Spangled Banner at Madison Square Garden for a full house in New York City and then again in front of former President Trump at the NCAA Wrestling Championship Finals in Tulsa, 2023. When opening for Lorrie, Eli received a standing ovation from a packed venue of 1,500+ attendees. Lastly and his favorite, he had the pleasure of CROWD SURFING while performing just a duo show in front of 500 people in a 400 capacity Honky-Tonk in Ames, Iowa.
